New Voting Policy in 2012

 You now have a choice

The June 5, 2012 Election

Voters can vote for any Candidate running for office in their District.

  • Ø  There is no primary election.
  • Ø Top two vote getters go to a runoff election in November.
  • Ø If only two candidates running, whoever receives the most votes win!
  • Ø You can vote by mail if you request a form to do so.

David Hernandez is a Candidate for the New 29th Congressional District.

If you live in the Communities of Sylmar, Sun Valley, North Hollywood, Arleta, Pacoima, Van Nuys, Panorama City, Mission Hills, (parts of) Valley Village, Valley Glen, West Toluca Lake and the NoHo Arts District or the City of San Fernando, you can vote for David.

  • Ø A dedicated Volunteer for the communities for over ten years.
  • Ø Served on the Mission College Foundation Board for five years.
  • Ø Past President of Mission College Foundation Board.
  • Ø Former Board member of Sun Valley Neighborhood Council.
  • Ø Former Board member of North Hollywood North East Neighborhood Council.
  • Ø Participated in formation of Van Nuys Neighborhood Council.
  • Ø Served as Board member of Youth Services Network for seven years.
  • Ø Led the effort to save the Cross on the LA County Seal.
  • Ø San Fernando Chamber of Commerce.
  • Ø Vietnam Veteran – United States Navy 1967-1971
